Hello.
I’ve been using Box Shuttle to sync a local file share to Box for backup purposes (legacy ERP needs local file share)
It appears some of my archive data is missing from the local file share, but lives in Box and I want to copy the data from Box back to my local file share.
I’ve tried using Box Drive to move the files back but every time I attempt this, Box Drive crashes. There’s about 30gb of files I am attempting to copy.
Thoughts?

Welcome to our community! While unexpectedly Box Drive crashes, may I ask if you have tried the alternative method for copying the files from Box to your local file share via Box Online/Web UI?
For the missing archive data that lives in Box, you may try downloading the files directly from web UI and save the downloaded files to a location that corresponds to your local file share. You can then manually copy them over to your local file share using standard file management.
