| Box is expanding our support for Microsoft EntraID Conditional Access Coming soon | We’re excited to announce that Box now has extended its Mobile support for Microsoft EntraID Conditional Access, enhancing our customer’s ability to securely and flexibly access content. This expansion of our integration helps organizations enforce tailored access policies, ensuring that only authorized users can reach sensitive content based on specific conditions not only on managed devices but also in BYOD scenarios. |
| Switch between 21 CFR Part 11 and standard signature requests in Box Sign Coming soon | We will be releasing additional Admin configurations and controls to support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for Box Sign for GxP Validation customers. There are certain situations where users within a GxP Validation account need to be able to send standard signature request that are not required to support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. However, Box Sign's current 21 CFR Part 11 workflow settings restrict users and groups to sending only 21 CFR Part 11 signature requests. |
| Conditional signature request outcomes in Box Relay Coming soon | With this new capability, users will be able to configure separate, additional outcomes that are dependent on whether a signature request is completed, cancelled, expired, or declined. With conditional signature request outcomes, users get more flexibility on what happens after a signature request ends, enabling them to apply additional outcomes or complete the workflow depending on the status of the signature request. |
| Generate documents in Microsoft Word format using the Box Doc Gen outcome Coming soon | We will be releasing the ability for users to dynamically generate custom documents in Microsoft Word (docx) format when using the Box Doc Gen outcome in Box Relay. With this new capability, users will be able to edit and collaborate on documents in Microsoft Word even after they've been generated using the Box Doc Gen outcome in Relay. |
| New Security Event Reporting for Device Trust Policies Coming soon | We're excited to announce that Box now provides enhanced reporting capabilities for security events related to Device Trust. With this update, administrators can easily track and monitor any actions taken on Device Trust policies, including creating, updating, or removing these policies. This improved visibility helps your organization maintain stronger security oversight and ensures greater transparency in managing trusted devices.
