| Introducing User Engagement Report (July 2025) GA | We are excited to introduce the new User Engagement Report, available in the Admin Console within the Users & Groups page. This new report provides detailed insights into how users interact with Box and offers key metrics on content storage, user activity, and collaboration. |
| Box Shuttle in-app job report data expiration (Jul 2025) GA | Starting in early 2025, we began automatically exporting Excel reports for job runs that are more than 90 days old. These reports are stored securely in the Enterprise Admin account under the Box Shuttle Reports / Archive folder. Shuttle will soon start expiring report data for jobs older than 90 days. Once this data expires, the reports for those job runs will no longer be accessible through the Shuttle Admin Console web app. |
| Email address field in Box Forms (Jul 2025) GA | We introduced a dedicated email address field in Box Forms. This field enables users to collect email addresses from Box Forms submissions using the standard email address format (username@domain.tld) and email address entries will be validated based on utilization of the proper format. |
| Query single or multiple documents in a Box Apps view using Box AI Coming soon | We will soon introduce the ability for users to run queries on single or multiple documents at one time within a view in Box Apps using Box AI. |
| Box AI actions for Agentforce (Jun 2025) GA | We've released Box AI actions for Agentforce so you can do more advanced actions, like data extraction, on Box content across Salesforce, Slack and Agentforce. |
| Conditional logic within in tables in Box Doc Gen Coming soon | We will soon be introducing conditional logic within dynamic tables, enabling users to leverage the Box Doc Gen tagging script to configure conditional logic within tables when creating or editing Box Doc Gen templates in Microsoft Word using the Box Doc Gen Template Creator Add-In. |
