I set up a folder to share with others to upload files, but it keeps showing "An error occurred while uploading. Please try again"

I understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps, but I’d love to get a better sense of what you’ve attempted so far. If you haven’t done so yet, the following steps often help resolve upload problems in the web app:
- Make sure that your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. An out-of-date browser can cause file upload problems.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Confirm you're using one of our supported operating systems.
- Check that the file name is valid.
- Box only supports file or folder names that are 255 characters or less. File names containing non-printable ascii, "/" or "\", names with leading or trailing spaces, and the special names “.” and “..” are also unsupported. Box supports only Unicode Basic Multilingual Plane 0 (BMP) characters in file and folder names.
- Check your network connection to Box.
- Temporarily disable or configure your firewall to allow Box as a trusted site.
