If you encountered an issue purchasing seats due to the current status of your account (which is pending deactivation), please continue working with our Billing Team. I can see that you have already submitted a case, so you can simply respond to them for further assistance.
 

Our Billing Team can help you by manually increasing your seats from 3 to 5. The cost of each license depends on your plan. Our pricing information can be found here: https://www.box.com/pricing.

Furthermore, if you wish to continue using Box services, our Billing Team can also manually reactivate your account with the updated number of seats.
