What type of permissions one has to have in order to get a User Activity Report on a file that they own? I can’t obtain a User Activity Report at all. I’m part of an Enterprise + Plan.

Hi 
Admins of the enterprise can run any report, while co-admins require specific permissions to do so. See Co-Admin Permissions Required to Run Reports for details. Additionally, reports are available to Business plans and higher, which include Enterprise+.
If you need to run a report but do not currently see the option, please reach out to your admin.
