User Activity Report

What type of permissions one has to have in order to get a User Activity Report on a file that they own? I can’t obtain a User Activity Report at all. I’m part of an Enterprise + Plan.

      Hi ​@Lawrence Heming 👋 Admins of the enterprise can run any report, while co-admins require specific permissions to do so. See Co-Admin Permissions Required to Run Reports for details. Additionally, reports are available to Business plans and higher, which include Enterprise+.

       

      If you need to run a report but do not currently see the option, please reach out to your admin.
       

      If you have any account-specific concerns, please continue working with our Product Support team. Our support team sent you an email on Thursday, and your case is still pending as they are waiting for your response to investigate the issue regarding the .csv report you posted here.
