I can see the file statistics but the downloaded csv report for that file statistics contains only the headers: Date, User Name, User Email, Action, Affected, Details. There are no statistics displayed in the .csv file report that would show the activity on that file. I can see the statistics but when I download them as a report, it is blank.

To understand the behavior and further assist you, I have submitted a support ticket on your behalf. Our Product Support will reach out to you via email. We may be needing to check the settings, permission, etc. if applicable to figure out why the file statistics aren’t reflecting on the downloaded report. Therefore, please keep an eye out for a follow up from the Support Team.

 

Meanwhile, you may reach out to your admin to check your permission to run and view a report. You can also try using a different browser or device, and clearing cache/cookies.

To further assist, I submitted a support ticket last week regarding the issue with the downloaded .csv report. Our Product Support reached out via email on Thursday with some follow-up questions.
 

The email address we used is the one you registered with for the Box Community. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. Kindly reply to Product Support to help resolve the issue.
