Cancel a Free Trial

I would like this free trail canceled ASAP.  The directions to cancel a trial do not work.

I need help canceling my subscription before it ends! The directions do not work, i do not see an option anywhere to cancel.

Please cancel my subscription. I don’t need this services and I was asked to open a document through this service to view and I couldn’t. I am a mother from a daughter in high school and it wasn in regards to her school s**t. so please cancel my subscription. I am not  a business owner and the only way to check the documents for free was to fill out a trial period. NOW, that didn't even happy so please remove my subscription. I tried to get it done like it said to do through the admin control side but I saw nothing that was digital friendly to request a removal of the subscription to be canceled.

Hello,

 

When originally signing up for my business account, I accidentally put in the incorrect email address and could not get past the email confirmation. I created a new account with the correct email address and have been able to activate this new account.

However, I cannot get in touch with support, so I need assistance in creating the first error account so I do not get charged after the 14 day trial ends. 

Can anyone advise me on how to do this?

If your account was registered using a misspelled or incorrect email address, please email cancel@box.com from your CORRECT email address and include the incorrect email used to create the account. Your request to cancel the free trial account will then be evaluated and processed accordingly.

Please someone help I cannot afford to be charged this money. I need to cancel my free trial but the only option is to cancel my account when pressing the button it says the account will be fully deleted on the 23rd but my account billing starts on the 22nd. I just emailed the cancelling support for box.com and through that I only just found out that the phone number that they do not provide is only available during the week. It is the weekend I am in Australia. I don't even know if they have a number for us I've sent two support request. Should I cancel my account or wait for responses over the weekend?I only wanted the free trial to send a funeral video that I edited for a friends Dad who passed away I do not need this amount of stress please someone help

Your trial period was set to end on the 22nd, with billing scheduled to begin on the 23rd. I’ve reviewed the tickets you submitted, and I can confirm that your request has already been addressed by a specialist from our Cancellations team. Please rest assured that no charges have been or will be applied unless you choose to reactivate your subscription in the future.


For your reference, all cancellation requests are documented through support tickets. While our Cancellations team currently does not offer phone support, our Billing support team is available by phone for billing-related concerns such as payment inquiry, upgrade, increase seats, etc.

I want to cancel my free trial. I followed the instructions provided via Box Support, but there isn’t a Permanently Cancel My Account option, as others have shared.

Cancel my subscription immediately.

Hello Box

I signed up to Box due to a client requirement. I do not need nor want Box. I want to cancel. Please help. All this process to ask to cancel is very annoying.
