Please cancel my subscription.
I would like to TRIAL enterprise not BUSINESS.

I cant upgrade without paying so I need to cancel.

Trial accounts are based on the subscription selected by the admin. Upgrading online and choosing a new plan will end the trial period. Since you've mentioned wanting to trial an Enterprise plan, you may reach out to our Billing Team at billing@box.com to upgrade manually and utilize the trial.


However, if you decide to proceed with canceling your account, please email our Cancellations Team at cancel@box.com. For verification purposes, be sure to use your admin email when reaching out.

Please cancel and unsubscribe my subscription. i only signed up here because I needed a quick free e-signature to fill out a W9 document for one of my employers. The fact you have no direct link to cancel is incredibly frustrating and annoying. Plus, you guys rob and scam everyone with your outrageous fees. I don’t need you and I don’t want to be billed for a feature that I can get for free.

Using a browser, please visit app.box.com/settings/cancellation once you have signed in with your admin credentials to complete the cancellation. You can also navigate to Admin Console > Account & Billing. Here’s the article about Canceling Your Box Account to learn more.
