Can i access Folder from different Box enterprise using JWT app

i have a shared Folder created by different enterprise.

i have created JWT app in my own account and trying to access this folder.

Facing 404 and not able to access this shared folder. Any solutions?

​@ocr - If the folder was shared to your “Manage User Account” it will not automatically be available to a JWT app.  That app operates as a separate user.  Unfortunately, It is not possible to access externally collaborated content via a JWT platform app.  If you really need to access via API I’d suggest trying via an OAUTH2 client app.
