Can i access Folder from different Box enterprise using JWT app

Question

i have a shared Folder created by different enterprise.i have created JWT app in my own account and trying to access this folder.Facing 404 and not able to access this shared folder. Any solutions?

​@ocr- If the folder was shared to your “Manage User Account” it will not automatically be available to a JWT app. That app operates as a separate user. Unfortunately, It is not possible to access externally collaborated content via a JWT platform app. If you really need to access via API I’d suggest trying via an OAUTH2 client app.
