We need assistance with allowing the Box integration with Okta. Please see screenshot for reference.  

We don’t know what we need to enable in box to do the integration and bypass the attached error.

With regards to this message, you will need to reach out to your Box Administrator referenced in the error message.


For the Admin, the resolutions steps on how to enable this integration is outlined here: Disabled by Administrator: Cannot Use Application.


In case the admin encountered an issue, please submit a ticket to our Product Support for further investigation.
