In the last few days our organisation has started to experience the Box link ‘storage account’ within Microsoft Office disconnecting for multiple users and then repeatedly disconnecting even after adding the storage account again.

This was something that we saw many months ago but the problem went away and Microsoft were unable to get anywhere even after months of supplying them logs.

Has anyone else experienced this problem in the last few days or so?

Our Product Support team will need to investigate the issue further, especially as it may be affecting multiple users. They may also be needing logs from one of the affected machines or users to better understand the behavior.

Thank you for raising a support ticket. I had posted in the community to try and get feedback from other box customers as to the scale of the problem. 

I’ll respond in the support ticket with the information requested, hopefully other companies are not being impacted but if they are and they share then more weight for Box to apply on Microsoft.
