In the last few days our organisation has started to experience the Box link ‘storage account’ within Microsoft Office disconnecting for multiple users and then repeatedly disconnecting even after adding the storage account again.
This was something that we saw many months ago but the problem went away and Microsoft were unable to get anywhere even after months of supplying them logs.
Has anyone else experienced this problem in the last few days or so?

Thank you for raising a support ticket. I had posted in the community to try and get feedback from other box customers as to the scale of the problem.
I’ll respond in the support ticket with the information requested, hopefully other companies are not being impacted but if they are and they share then more weight for Box to apply on Microsoft.

You're absolutely right! Gathering feedback from other customers would be very helpful in understanding the broader impact.
In the meantime, since this involves account-specific troubleshooting (i.e., checking the logs, affected users, etc), our support team will continue to investigate. I’ve seen that the ticket is currently marked as solved though, but please feel free to reopen it by replying back to the case if the issue persists or resurfaces.
We’ll also keep monitoring the community for similar reports and link them to this thread to help build visibility. 🙌
