The @mention function works ok with individuals, but doesn’t work with Groups. Someone suggested it is because we are using the free ‘not for profit’ version?

@mention works problem with Groups

At the moment, the @mention functionality is limited to individual collaborators on a file or folder and does not support Groups. This applies across all Box plans.
Our Product team is always exploring ways to enhance Box based on user feedback. You can submit this as a feature request in Box Pulse or support similar ideas already shared here.
