Getting started in the community

Hi, If we use Box Enterprise accounts then the data is stored within a FedRAMP Moderate authorized environment? Or do we need to request this through support? According to the Box site the normal Enterprise is FedRAMP moderate authorized. I have not been able to confirm this in the admin section of our Enterprise account.  Does somebody know this?  Thanks!

On December 1, 2025, an update to the Box Terms of Service ("Terms") will take affect for those users whose accounts are subject to the Terms and not a separate written agreement, such as the Box Service Agreement. None of these changes affect the pricing for your subscription to the Box Service. The Terms reflect the commitments Box and its users make to each other. The updates include terms which will enable regional compliance with the EU Data Act. By continuing to use the Box service, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our updated Terms of Service which you may view here.

I am trying to add a user - we currently have 9 and my admin account says that there is 1 available. When I try to add a user, I am told all available seats are taken.  Why the disparity?

In the linked PR from BOX last June, they mentioned a debug view for AI studio. Has anyone here used it? Or can anyone point me to some Box or other reputable sources for more detailed information?I tried asking ChatGPT and it suggests that I should be able to use it if I have admin privileges, which I do.
