Hi there everyone - one of our ex -team member box account have been the master folder which we save a lot of our work and now his access to box have been blocked as he have left some months back and we did not realise it until we could not access our files today. When we try to reset the password, the password reset did not come through, we are stuck now and support is not responding to our urgent request since a couple of hours back. What can we do?
