Corporate Free Trial Inquiry

We are a Korea-based manufacturing company with approximately 500 employees and overseas subsidiaries in the United States, Vietnam, and India. In order to establish an integrated data management system across our global subsidiaries, we are currently reviewing the adoption of the BOX platform.
Before officially implementing BOX company-wide, we would like to explore its various features and assess how best to utilize them. Therefore, we would like to inquire whether it is possible to receive a trial period of free usage for evaluation purposes.
The plan we are considering is the Enterprise version.

and, We would also like to ask about data retention after subscription use. If we use the Enterprise plan for one month and then decide not to continue, will the folders and data stored/used during that month be retained for a certain period of time? Or will they be deleted immediately once payment is discontinued?

If the data is retained for a certain period, we would like to know whether it can be accessed by logging into the user account, and what functions remain available after payment is discontinued.
