Hi,
We are trying to connect box to a salesforce sandbox to run a few tests before this goes into Production.
We keep getting the error “AccountId for User XXXXXX AccountId for Service Account null”
We have installed the latest version of the package and we have never had box connected to Salesfoce before. We are a new customer.
Some support and help on this would be great!
