Claude uses Linux shell, can't acces files in Box

I am using Claude to extract data from backups, this works with OneDrive, but after I migrated to BOX, claude tells me “Linux shell on your laptop, and that shell still can’t open the Box folder.” The files are locally stored. I do not have a problem when using this in OneDrive. The Box MCP connector is connected and working. Anyone have any ideas.
