Unable to edit a Platform App -- can't save changes?

So, I used to be able to update the OAuth 2.0 Redirect URIs for an app, but I haven’t had to touch mine in a while. And now, whenever I try to change anything and click the “Save” button, nothing actually gets saved and an error popover shows up, warning, “Some changes on the Configuration Page could not be saved.”

What’s up with this? Is there now some different way we’re supposed to do it?

Hi @Stephen Beitzel ,

this error usually appears when one or more UI validation checks fail. Do you see any validation errors?

It could also be related to grandfathered entries, such as malformed URI restrictions (e.g., requiring https://) or CORS Allowed Origins entries that must use the format https://domain.com, without paths or trailing slashes.

Hi @Stephen Beitzel , in addition to those checks mentioned above, we also have an active discussion about this same error here:

Just to note, this specific issue usually pops up if you are using a free Individual account rather than a Developer account, which includes access to the Console and custom configurations.
