Trying to save app settings

Whenever I try to save app configuration in the app portal I get this error. Regardless of what I am changing.

{"error":{"code":"Unexpected error"}}

Any ideas?

      I’m curious if you’re trying to save configuration changes on an individual/personal account instead of a developer account -- which is the type of account that has access to full developer console features.
