I am using a third party system that has worked well for over a month now. I started getting this message, “Item with the same name already exists”   I know the file and folder I am attempting to create on BOX is unique. I have done the standard refresh, reboot, and cleared cache without any success. 

I am stumped and need to figure out a solution soon and I am getting farther and farther behind. . . .
