Box for Outlook iOS WOPI api new client id

Hi team. This is Doug from Microsoft in Outlook iOS.
We are updating our client id and secret id for box. 
No problems there, but there is an api used to pull intune managed box account info. From the api url: https://account.box.com/api/wopibootstrapper

I would like to know if this is returning 401 because the token has an unexpected client id.
If true, I would like you to add our new client id to the allow list.

I would prefer to continue the conversation privately for security.
I tried to reach privately but I was not able to file a support ticket or find an email.

Could I please be redirected or pointed to the right place for this ask?
