Add Manage Legal Holds Scope to application

You’ll need to reach out to your tenant admin or the team managing app permissions, since adding the Manage Legal Holds scope must be explicitly approved and assigned at the admin level. Once approved, the scope can be granted to the listed application IDs so they have the required access. If you don’t see the option in your current settings, submit a request through your organization’s support channel to have it applied.
