Question

When will this limitation be resolved? Box Hubs does not work on mobile.

It’s been >2 years since this limitation was identified and it doesn't appear to have been resolved.  Most managers and executives are always on the go relying heavily on their mobile content to make decisions and find information quickly.  We implemented Hubs for these fast paced executives and now we find that Hubs is not visible on their mobiles.  The work around of viewing it on the desktop app is cumbersome and has issues.  Sometimes creating the shortcut on the mobile’s home screen doesn’t work or you have to sign in every time you open it.  Why can’t Box just correct the application to show Hubs??

👋 Hi @Box User Houston, welcome to the Box Community!

Thanks for raising this, and I’m sorry for the frustration. You’re right that Box Hubs is not currently supported on mobile (as outlined in Box Hubs Known Issues and Limitations), and we understand how limiting that is for users who need quick access on the go.

Based on the latest Box Pulse update: Add Box Hubs to mobile app, mobile support for Hubs is on the roadmap and is currently planned for release this year. While I can’t share a more specific date yet, we’ll continue to keep our users updated as we get closer to release.

Thank you!
