Could you please clarify how the Business plan works in terms of user licensing and account structure?
For example, if we currently have 10 users on the Business plan and need to add another 10 users with Business Plus features, can both licence types be managed under the same company account, or would all users need to be on the same plan?

To clarify how Box licensing and account structure work:
All managed users within a single Box account/enterprise must be on the same plan level.
Box applies plan features, administrative settings, and security controls globally across an entire enterprise instance. As a result, you cannot mix and match different license tiers (e.g., having 10 users on the Business plan and 10 users on the Business Plus plan) under a single company account.
Upgrade all users to Business Plus:
If a subset of your team requires Business Plus features, the standard and most seamless approach is to upgrade your entire account (all 20 seats) to Business Plus. This ensures all users operate within a unified workspace with consistent capabilities and permissions.
Maintain separate Box enterprise accounts:
If you strictly require different plan tiers, you would need to create and manage two separate Box instances/enterprises (one on Business and one on Business Plus). However, please note that these would function as separate environments with distinct admin consoles, billing, and user management.
