To become the Primary Admin on your Box Enterprise account, you must submit a support ticket to Box since no other admin can authorize the change. Refer to Box’s Admin Transfer Protocol and include proof of account ownership and your request to elevate your role.

Before the application can be used, a Box Admin needs to authorize the application within the Box Admin Console. I reviewed your account, and you're already listed as the primary admin.
If the app has been created and is pending approval, please go to: Admin Console > Integrations > Platform Apps Manager
From there, you can check if the custom app appears and authorize it as needed.
