I am one of the users on the Box Enterprise account. I am currently listed as an Admin, but I need Primary Adminaccess to authorise a custom JWT app.There is no other admin on the account, so please help me switch my roleto Primary Admin

Before the application can be used, a Box Admin needs to authorize the application within the Box Admin Console. I reviewed your account, and you're already listed as the primary admin.
If the app has been created and is pending approval, please go to: Admin Console > Integrations > Platform Apps Manager
From there, you can check if the custom app appears and authorize it as needed.
