Are licences reclaimed when a managed user is deleted, and if so is this immediate or is there a delay/process for reclaiming them?

Deleting managed users will immediately free up seats/licenses, allowing admins to add new users without needing to purchase additional seats. To keep your account in compliance, ensure the number of active users does not exceed the number of purchased licenses to avoid account overage.


📝 Note:

  • Deleting a user's account removes the user but does not automatically change the number of paid licenses in your organization.
