Please note that Box subscriptions are initiated directly by the user online. Prior to processing your cancellation, your account held an active subscription. Your account is currently pending deactivation and will not be renewed.

For your privacy and security, we are unable to disclose account creation dates in a public forum. However, you may find your registration date by searching your inbox or spam folder for your original welcome email from Box.
