I can’t login it says the following:

“We found an issue with your account

Going forward, Box will require that your Google account address matches your Box account address.”

None of the login paths work - google email isn’t connected to the account and my personal email is giving this error. I can’t even login to contact support. Password reset doesn’t work. 

At this point I just want to login to delete my account. Could you please help?

First, if you have originally setup your Box via Google sign in, the email address that you registered to Box should be the one linked to Google as well. Kindly try again via Sign In With Google link and make sure you’re signing in using your correct email that’s associated with Box.

 

We’re saddened to know the decision to delete the account. Please be advised that as per retention and deletion policy, system deletion will automatically take place after 120 days and something we’re unable to expedite. If you wish to cancel your account and unable to login, please email Billing@box.com using the email that’s linked to Box specifying the request.

 

Should you decide to keep your Box account, without access to Box Support page to submit a ticket, you may email Billing@box.com as alternative means using the email registered to Box, then have them forwarded your case to Product Support to help you with password reset.
