When deleting managed users and transferring their content, files owned by the users become inaccessible while they are being transferred. This process can take some time, depending on the amount of content the users own, and some content may not immediately appear in the new location.


If, after a 24-48 hour window, the content still hasn't appeared, please submit a support ticket to our Product Support team for further assistance. Kindly provide the names of the missing files/folders as well as the email addresses of the deleted users.
