To change your company name, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to Admin Console > Enterprise Settings.
2. Select the Custom Setup tab.
3. Enter your company's internal display name, which is the name your managed users will see when using Box.

Note: Changing your company's internal display name will not update your company's name in your agreement with Box or in your billing profile. If you need to update your company name on your agreement (if applicable) and billing records, please email our Accounts Receivable team at AR@box.com. They will require documentation related to the company name change.
