We send out batches of documents for signature. When a signor doesn’t want to sign any of the documents in the batch, it declines the whole batch and we have to set it all up again.
Is there a way to set it up so that an approver can remove a document they don’t want to sign, or just decline that one document, and the rest goes through?

Hello Becky,
Thanks for reaching out. Signers cannot decline specific files within a request. Once they decline the request, it declines the request as a whole. However, senders who initiated the signature request can add or remove files within a signature request that is in progress as long as the request hasn’t been completed. You can learn more about this capability here or see the tutorial on how this feature works here. Additionally, there is a way for other users within the sender’s enterprise to modify requests that are in progress as well. You Admin must enable signature request sharing capabilities (see attached image), and once it is enabled, any request that is saved in a folder that is shared with other users will allow those other users to modify the request (as long as it hasn’t been completed yet) depending on their permissions. For example, if User A sends a document out for signature and the save location folder includes User B as an ‘Editor’, User B will see that request in their ‘Shared With Me’ tab in their Box Sign account, and they can modify the request and request properties. However, they won’t be able to add, delete, replace, rename, or reorder files within a signature request that is “In Progress”. You can learn more about this capability here, or see a tutorial on how this feature works here.
