I need to change the existing Box SSO SAML IDP Provider. The instructions mention "To make changes to IDP Contact Box User Service". Thank you.

This process requires assistance from our Product Support team. To help you change your IdP provider, I have submitted a ticket on your behalf. You should receive your case number via email.


To speed up the process, please share the metadata file (XML) for the new Identity Provider in your ticket with the Product Support team. Once provided, they will create the connection and provide the next steps.
