I want cancel my indiv account and have spent 45 minutes following your cancel links. My account settings does NOT offer the cancel link as your support slides show. HOW DO I CANCEL my account??

Using a browser, please sign in with your account credentials and visit app.box.com/account to finalize the cancellation. Alternatively, you can click your account avatar in the upper right corner, then select Account Settings. Scroll down to Account Details to proceed with canceling your account.

Thank you for bringing that up! Have you checked if the issue persists in other browsers or in Incognito mode? Could you please send a screenshot of the Account Details section so we can take a closer look? (See sample below.)

Your account is in good standing, and there are no pending changes, so it’s unclear why the cancellation option isn’t appearing on your end. Sorry for any inconvenience.
In the meantime, please email our Billing Team at billing@box.com to request cancellation. Be sure to use the account owner's email when reaching out for verification purposes.
