We have an office with only three people, and each person is using Box on the Individual plan. If we switch to the Business plan, can we use the same email address?

You can definitely use the same email address if you switch from an individual/personal account to a Business account.


Since you mentioned that there are three people, each using an individual Box plan, you can start by deciding who will be the primary admin. That person can then upgrade their account to Business.


Once the admin has upgraded to Business, they can invite others (using the same email) to join the account as managed users. This will help with team collaboration and file management for your organization.
