Is there a way to enable KBA for signatures with Box Sign? I have to send IRS documents for signature and in order to do so electronically, I have to use KBA. When I googled to see if this is possible, it said to look under the enterprise settings. The option is not listed there.

Box Sign does not offer KBA at this time. However, you can add an extra layer of security to your documents by enabling signer authentication. You can learn more in our Additional Recipient Authentication article.
