Box Shuttle data mapping fails due to ToS

We've implemented custom Terms of Service (ToS) acceptance in our tenant. I’ve accepted the ToS under both my admin account and our service-level account, which owns the target Box directory.

In the Box Admin Console > Content > Shuttle, I'm configuring a migration job to move data from an external SharePoint directory into a Box folder (owned by the service account). The SharePoint connector was added successfully, and I can browse its contents. However, when I try to map the SharePoint source to the Box target folder, I get a toast error:

User must accept custom terms of service before action can be taken.

I've opened a support ticket, but the delay is blocking a time-sensitive backup task.

Has anyone seen this before or found a workaround?

👋 Hi @onurolmez, welcome to the Box Community! I completely understand your concern regarding the Box Shuttle data mapping.

It shows you are already working with one of our Shuttle Support team members. While I recognize the urgency, this team is currently the best resource to assist in resolving the matter. Since you have an open case with them, I recommend continuing to coordinate with our support team and following up on the ticket if necessary.

I look forward to seeing this resolved shortly. Thank you for your continued patience. 😊
