ファイルを削除しても使用済みストレージが変わらない

ストレージの空きを増やそうとファイルを削除してるがストレージが変わりません。ストレージの空きを増やす方法があれば教えてください。

また使用帯域幅が3.8 GB/10.0 GBですが、

使用ストレージが9.9GB/10.0 GBになります。これはバグでしょうか？

業務に支障が出てしまっており。早めにご連絡いただけますと幸いです。
