ファイルを部外ならびに社外の人に共有する場合、MyFolderにファイルがないと共有できないと聞いておりますが、これだと同じファイルが部署フォルダとMyFolderに存在して管理が非常に大変です。
ファイルの添付の方が簡潔で後処理も不要です。
