Our box account admin is owned by our former GM who no longer works at the company. Complicating matters is the fact that we no longer have access to his work email because it was associated with a domain name that we no longer have control over.

We'd like to change admin to a new email address within our company. Would appreciate assistance on this matter because we fear losing access to the account.
