I have several people reviewing PDFs in Box and adding comments/corrections. Sometimes the comments are directed to (@) a particular collaborator, but I don't see how the response can be added to that original comment, instead of an entirely new comment. Is there some way to develop comment threads so the discussion of a certain correction is contained within the original comment?

The feature you are inquiring about is currently not supported with Box comment feature.

I agree also that this is a necessary feature. We have a team working with an outside vendor and we had to use Adobe Creative cloud for this project as Box does not support this essential function.
