When I try to open Excel from Box, I can open it in Excel Online but not in Microsoft Excel.

Please tell me how to fix this.

I couldn't find a solution to this problem.I have created a new Excel sheet and checked it, but the problem persists.

Is it a problem with my Windows PC's system? If so, I will consult with the system specialist at my company.
