My college provided Box for us but blocked my access after graduation...I have files on the Box account with my school email and would like to migrate them to my new personal Box account, but I can’t log into my school account anymore…...

If your university email is listed as a managed user under the enterprise, you will be needing to reach out to the primary admin to check your account status. Please also check with the admin to see if it’s possible to retrieve your account and its contents.
If your account can be reactivated, you’ll be able to log back in, add your personal email (linked to Box) as a collaborator, and then proceed with transferring folder ownership.
