Can not get webhook to trigger

Anytime a user signs and creates a document it’s supposed to trigger my webhook, but that trigger is not happening regardless of what I do.

Jake,

Have you double checked that the signing events are happening in on of the folder (or subfolders) the webhook is associated with?  If not the webhook will not fire.

Also double check that the Notification URL for the webhook is consistent with the Box Webhook Notification URL restrictions.  Specifically, publically available IP, HTTPS on port 443 and a valid, third part signed certificate.
