Box for Agentforce is the latest enhancement to our decade long partnership with Salesforce. This new extension connects Box to Agentforce, enabling users to use a set of pre-built and customizable Agent Actions to act on Box content via Agentforce.


 

Recently announced here, starting in April, users can leverage Box Agent Actions to enhance their workflows and productivity.

 

💥 Key features include:

  • Share and manage files internally and externally in Salesforce and Slack.

  • Send documents for E-Signature using Box Sign, auto-populating data in from Salesforce.

  • Generate new documents from templates that automatically pull data from Salesforce objects.

  • Create folder structures tied to Salesforce objects.

  • …and more, all via Agent Actions.

 

Box for Agentforce is available on AgentExchange; please note that Box for Salesforce is required, available on AppExchange.
