Minha conta precisa de verificação. Como faço? Aparece esta mensagem quando tento comprar um plano: "There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification".

I am trying to upgrade from the “Free” Account to the Personal Pro plan, but when I submit payment I ge t the notice “ There was an error processing your request”…. your account needs further verification, submit a ticket at support.box.com… So.. Here I am requesting to submit a ticket to address the above.
