Access 2 Results Sometimes Show Abnormally High or Zero Values Without Any Error

On the Access 2 analyzer, some test results are sometimes reported as unusually high values or as zero (0). However, no error or alarm is displayed on the system. The issue occurs intermittently.

We have already performed Prime several times and also performed the Determination Curve, but the problem still persists.

When patient samples are loaded and tested, some results are unreliable or unrealistic, including unexpectedly high results or zero results, even though there are no errors or alarms displayed.

What could be the possible cause of this issue, and what troubleshooting steps should be performed to identify the problem?
