📝 Box Utility with Box Notes
The new Box Utility brings Box directly into the Salesforce utility bar, giving users quick access to Box without leaving their current workflow.
With this release, users can:
- Create, edit, and delete Box Notes directly in Salesforce
- Keep notes automatically associated with Salesforce records
- Capture personal notes and associate them with records later
- Stay focused without switching between applications

✍️ Box Sign Templates
Standardize your signature workflows with Box Sign Templates.
Administrators can now import Box Sign Templates into Salesforce so users can quickly send recurring documents—such as NDAs, contracts, onboarding packets, and approval forms—using predefined documents, recipients, signing order, and email settings.
This helps reduce manual work while ensuring every signature request follows a consistent process.
