Get started faster with the new Box User Agent in Agentforce, a packaged Agentforce template that comes preconfigured with Box capabilities.
The included Agent Topics enable users to:
- Manage Box folders associated with Salesforce records
- Use Box AI to work with document content
- Generate documents and send them for signature
- Share and collaborate on Box content

📂 Box File Selection
Working with Box files in Agentforce is now much easier. Instead of copying and pasting Box file IDs, users can select files directly from:
- Recent Box files
- Box Content Picker
- Current Salesforce record's Box folder
Developers can also use the same file picker in their own custom Agentforce actions.
