I’ve followed the Quick Link setup guide for Salesforce
Generate a File Request link for uploading files - works

Generate a shared link for this record's Box folder gives me this error
“No content to map to Object due to end of input”

I can’t find any help for this error or what this means.
I’ve set my own account to have Box Standard All License permission, as well as Box Admin Permission.
I have a dedicated account that is the co-owner of the Box folder, setup as the Box Settings → Authentication.

I can see that FRUP records were created. 2 sets were created at the same time, one with my personal ID, and another with the “Automated Process” user.

Anyone have information on what this error message is referring to?

    Hey - 

    A couple of things I’d recommend checking first:

    • Are you authenticated at the individual user level as well, rather than just having the service account configured under Box Settings → Authentication?
    • Can you confirm you’re on the latest version of Box for Salesforce? We’ve added some permissions to the permission sets recently, so it’s worth making sure you have the most up-to-date version.

    If both of those check out and you’re still seeing the “No content to map to Object due to end of input” error, please reach out to Box Support so we can investigate this further and take a closer look at what’s happening there.
